First of all, we'd recommend checking the tracking for your parcel to see the status of your delivery. The tracking number along with the courier the parcel has been sent with is included in your despatch confirmation email.
From time to time, our couriers can forget to put a notice through your door when they attempt to deliver your parcel. Therefore, before contacting us, please check with your neighbours and anywhere around your property where the parcel could have been left.
If you haven't been able to locate your parcel and it's gone past the expected delivery time frame then please contact us so that we can look into this for you and raise an investigation with the courier.
